Cardio Kickbox

With our cardio burn leg routines, Cardio Kickbox will tone your lower body while you learn to coordinate all of your Combat 'weapons,' allowing you to get more out of every session. In addition to being in shape, you'll improve your technique, providing you the assurance that you're studying the real deal in a secure, non-contact setting.

MMA Fitness 

With its mix of boxing, kickboxing, and ground fighting workouts presented in a multi-round circuit type session, MMA Fitness will push you to new fitness levels.


This session will get your heart rate up from beginning to end as you work through rounds of partner and equipment exercises. It's the ideal way to get in shape without getting struck and burn off excess energy.

Bushidokai Karate (MMA)

The Bushidokai Karate curriculum incorporates a thorough syllabus of mixed martial arts, boxing, kickboxing, and kobudo in addition to the Karate style of martial arts (Traditional weapons).


Bushidokai combines well-honed traditional training methods that martial arts have been known for throughout history with contemporary, useful methods.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ)

BJJ is a combat sport and martial art that focuses on ground warfare and submission grips. The main goal is to subdue your opponent so that you can dominate them and take control of the situation.


By applying leverage and weight distribution, a smaller person can use BJJ to defeat a bigger, stronger, heavier opponent. BJJ instruction is suitable for various self-defense scenarios, may be utilized for competitive grappling, and is growing in popularity as a spectator sport.
